Personalization is a gameplay feature in Back 4 Blood and is one of the components that allow players to customize their experience via unlockable cosmetic rewards. Through personalization, players can customize their player profile and select a spray.
The main sources for new cosmestic items are the Accomplishments and Supply Lines.

With Patch 1.10, a new method to get cosmetic items found its way into the game with the so-called Duffel Bags. These lootbox-like items randomly provide new rewards. The customizations options have only a cosmetic purpose and don't grant any gameplay advantages. This type of customization is divided into two categories: Player Card and Spray.

Player Card customization options[]

The so-called Player Card is the one that players see when they form a group and consists of three elements: Banners, Emblems and Titles.

Banners[]

Banners are part of the personalization options for players, along with emblems, sprays and titles. New players will begin with one banner, Stocked Up, and can unlock more via the Supply Lines by spending Supply Points or Skull Totems. Another method is the aquisition of Duffel Bags which will randomly grant a reward. Currently, there are 59 banners available.

Emblems[]

Emblems are another part of the personalization options for the Player Card customization. New players will begin with one emblem, Grave Wave, and can obtain more by unlocking Accomplishments, by obtaining Duffel Bags, and via the Supply Lines. Currently, there are 108 emblems available.

Titles[]

Titles are third part of the personalization options for the Player Card customization. New players will begin with one title, Rookie, and can obtain more by the same method of aquisition like Banners and Emblems. Currently, there are 68 titles available.

Spray customization options[]

Sprays, on the other hand, consist of two elements: Foreground and Background Sprays.

Sprays[]

New players will begin with one Foreground spray, Back4Blood, and two Background sprays, Hypnotic and two variants of Splatter. There are 140 Foreground sprays and 28 Background sprays available.
