Two Mementos found during a Mission.
Memento is an interactive item that has been introduced with the Children of the Worm expansion which can be interacted with during a Campaign Mission in order to receive an additional source of Supply Points (
).
The Mementos emit a childish and distorted giggle and other sounds, revealing their approximate location. Interacting with them will cause a notification at the top of the HUD to show how many Mementos have been collected so far. Collecting them does not require an inventory or weapon slot. Furthermore, these plushy figures do not need to be carried by a Cleaner to receive the bonus Supply Points after completing a Mission.
The Trial of the Worm mode features a variant called Fabulous Memento.
Bonus Calculation[]
One Memento grants a 15% bonus to the Supply Points of a Mission. The effect increases by 15% for each additional Memento collected. Prior to Patch 1.13, each Memento gave a 5% Bonus.
For example, if a Mission grants 96 and the Cleaners collect three Mementos during that Mission, they will receive 43 additional Supply Points.
When calculating the bonus Supply Points, the amount is rounded up or down in each case.
In the above example, 45% of 96 resulted in 43.2 additional Supply Points.
If the group had only collected two Mementos instead, then 29 additional Supply Points would have been awarded, because in this case 30% of 96 yields 28.8 and was rounded up to 29 accordingly.
The number of Mementos to be found in a Mission can be increased by the Ugly Chachkies card.
