Karlee Fincher is one of the twelve playable Cleaners in Back 4 Blood. Once a self-sustaining survivor roaming the boundaries of Fort Hope, she has since joined the Cleaners to increase her odds of survival against the Ridden.
Official description[]
Surviving on the outskirts of Fort Hope since the Collapse, Karlee only trusted in herself. No one knows much about her, and she's fine with that. Though originally seen as a nuisance at best and a looter at worst, her actions have proved time and time again which side she's on. Now with the Ridden on the rise, she's made the choice to fight alongside the survivors. She may not be a Cleaner by name, but she more than makes up for it in attitude.[2]

Appearance[]
Karlee's appearance features a short undercut hairstyle with purple-dyed hair. She wears a nose ring and standard lobe piercings on both ears. On the right side of her neck, there's a tattoo with the word "fearless", while the left side showcases several diamond-shaped patterns. A moth with a skull tattoo graces the front of her neck, adding an edgy touch to her overall look.
Her upper body consists of a cropped purple hoodie paired with a black and navy leather jacket featuring embroidered sections. Her upper arms are adorned with spikes, and the lower right arm showcases an arm protector with sharp blades. She wears fingerless gloves on both hands, with small tattoos, including the letters F and U, on her fingers. Her fingernails are colored purple.
Karlee carries a brown messenger bag on her back, secured with a shoulder belt that holds a flashlight, a black Swiss army knife, and a large bronze-colored Assassin pin. The backside of the belt has a knife attached. The messenger bag is decorated with a white skull and a crosshair, and it features four button pins: one white button pin with a bomb and explosion design, one charcoal grey button pin with a black gas mask, one grey button pin with a white boar skull, and one black button pin with a bass drum that has a blood-smeared skull on it and blood underneath.
On her lower half, Karlee rocks a pair of tight black navy blue leather trousers. Held up by a black belt, these pants come with a double trouser chain, featuring a key ring decked out with a skull and two crossed revolvers. Notably, a cartridge is hanging off this key ring, giving a unique twist to her ensemble.
To round out her look, Karlee opts for shin-high dark leather boots decked with multiple straps.

In the video "Back 4 Blood - Breakdown of All 8 Playable Characters (Meet the Cleaners)"[3] by media news outlet IGN lead writer Simon Mackenzie and co-founder and creative director Phil Robb at Turtle Rock Studios did a breakdown of all eight playable Cleaners in Back 4 Blood.

| “ | I was doing fine on my own, then "The Collapse" came so there were even less people to bother me. It was like a dream come true. Yeah the Ridden could be a pain, but I learned a whole new skillset and had much more time to read...I would do off-the-grid runs for the KSC and some of the settlements, that's how I first came across the Mutations. Got paid well for that Intel, even more to keep it quiet. But it was time to shake things up a bit and as much as I hate to admit it, sometimes it's good to have back-up. So here I am at Fort Hope, more or less...but I'll be there when they need me or are offering something good enough to trade for my services.
