Blighted Ridden are a type of Common Ridden in Back 4 Blood alongside Common Ridden, Armored Ridden, Charred Ridden and Volatile Ridden. They behave as most of the Common Ridden in the game do, with the added effect of dropping a pool of acid upon death. While the pool itself doesn't last long, it does deal fairly serious damage (even on Recruit). Unlike other variants of Common Ridden, their visual tell of a green torso can be hard to notice in the heat of a fight, meaning Cleaners (especially ones with Melee Builds) need constant vigilance when this card is drawn.
