Back 4 Blood includes a variety of accessories. Accessories can be purchased from a vendor or found throughout the levels and Ridden Hives.

Accessories can be broken up into three categories called "Offensive", "Defensive" (Support), and "Utility" (Quick).

At higher quality levels, certain Support and Quick accessories have a percent chance to have a 'free' use, also known as a reuse chance. This is a percent based chance where using the item does not remove it from your inventory, granting you an additional usage.

Legendary Accessories[]

Legendary Accessories cannot be purchased from the Vendor for Copper, unlike Common Accessories. Instead, they can be found within Missions or be spawned in a Prepper Stash through the Boon Card Legendary Accessories. In their core functions, these accessories resemble their non-legendary counterparts, however, Legendary Accessories have additional effects.

Gold Pipe Legendary

Description Throwable improvised explosive that attracts Ridden and then explodes after a short period of time. Ridden killed by this effect drop piles of copper.
Secret Sauce Legendary
Secret Sauce Burn: 30/s

Description Throwable bottle that explodes upon impact creating an area of fire. Ridden ignited by this effect also ignite Ridden within 5 meters.

Iron Supplements Legendary

Description Gain temporary health that slowly decays over time. Additionally grants 4 armor plates.

Description Fully restores all health and trauma. Additionally grants 3 basic Health cards.

Description A reusable lockpick with a small, fixed chance to destroy itself, instantly killing the user and reducing Extra Lives to 0.
EMT's Jumper Cables Legendary
EMT's Jumper Cables Revive Health: 40%
Use Time: 1.5 seconds
Description Quickly revive an incapacitated or dead teammate. Stuns nearby Ridden when used and automatically revives the wielder when incapacitated or killed.

Description Drops ammo when used with a high chance to contain offensive accessories. Additionally grants 3 basic Ammo cards.

Reuse Chance: 60%
Description Instantly escape grapple when used or stun Mutations from long range. Efficient design grants this weapon 3 Minimum Reuse chances.

Special Accessories[]

These accessories can be obtained only by proceeding through the Campaign, Trial of the Worm or traversing through Ridden Hives.

Special Weapons[]

Flamethrower Icon Weapon Flamethrower Expels a cone of fire to incinerate and slow Ridden. Burn damage stacks up to 10 times. Fuel can be refilled by using Gasoline or Propane Tanks.
LAW Icon Weapon LAW Light Anti-Armor Weapon is perfect single-shot weapon for both putting Ridden back in their mass graves and obliterating the big nasties.
M134 Minigun Icon Weapon M134 Minigun A mounted gun with an extremely high rate of fire.
Decimates anything in its path.
T5 Grenade Icon Objective T5 Grenade The fumes from the mixture increase all damage dealt to Ridden.
